There are 20 of these 3-foot-high Nipper Dogs around downtown Albany and they are PAWSOME! After almost a decade here, I’ve still yet to find them all as they rotate every couple years and change locations and new artists create new artpieces.

I just recently found this guy and his friend you’ll meet shortly literally inside of the downtown parking garage at my job, 677 Prime, the finest dining in the Capital District! I actually found the hidden mural first and then it wrapped around the corner and there were more murals and statues tucked in a backlot that you would never find unless you had a reason to walk there.

I love the red & black with the hint of gold and it screams Oriental or Arabic but I believe they are designs and not writings. Check out the smokestack & skyline, but they are not Albany skyline. The mushroomy trees are trippy too, and is that a golden umbrella? Very unique and I love to find random street art!
